Have you ever felt like the person you are at home is different from the person you bring to work? You’ve probably heard this advice before: Bring your “authentic” self to work. It makes sense. Being yourself is the best way to form meaningful relationships, which are integral to career success and growth, no matter what field you work in. Many feel the need to check their identity at the door and find themselves not standing truthfully.  Now more than ever, with racial and social injustice in the headlines, it becomes important to bring your full selves to work. Please join us in this discussion on being unapologetically you.
